Job Qualifications
  • Manage and oversee daily administrative functions to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support the administrative team.
  • Oversee facility operations, including maintenance, safety, and space planning.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve administrative policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget for administrative and facility operations.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Job Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenges proactively and efficiently.

  • Demonstrated attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proven ability to follow up on tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of assignments.

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
