The Senior Admin & Facilities Partner is responsible for leading end-to-end Facilities Management and Cafeteria Operations for a large corporate office or multiple locations. This role provides strategic direction, operational excellence, and governance across food services, hygiene, safety, facilities upkeep, vendor ecosystems, and employee experience. The position plays a key role in budget ownership, risk management, continuous improvement, and cross-functional leadership while ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
Strategic Cafeteria & Food Service Leadership
Provide strategic oversight of cafeteria and food service operations, ensuring consistent quality, safety, and employee satisfaction at scale.
Define service standards, peak-hour capacity planning, and crowd management strategies for large employee population.
Lead menu innovation, cost optimization, and nutrition initiatives in collaboration with vendors, HR, and food committees.
Oversee long-term planning, proposals, lifecycle management, and modernization initiatives.
Hygiene, Safety & Regulatory Governance
Establish and own governance for food safety, hygiene, and EHS compliance (HACCP, FSSAI, statutory and corporate standards).
Establish audit frameworks, compliance dashboards, and corrective action programs across facilities and cafeteria operations.
Lead incident management, root-cause analysis, and preventive action plans to minimize operational and safety risks.
Drive a culture of safety, hygiene, and continuous compliance across vendor and internal teams.
Facilities Management & Infrastructure Oversight
Provide leadership for comprehensive facilities operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, utilities, and workplace services.
Develop and monitor annual facilities operating plans, preventive maintenance strategies, and infrastructure improvement roadmaps.
Partner with real estate, security, IT, and business leaders to align facilities services with organizational growth and employee needs.
Ensure service continuity, emergency preparedness, and business continuity planning.
Vendor, Contract & Financial Management
Lead end-to-end vendor strategy, including selection, onboarding, performance governance, renewals, and exits.
Own vendor SLAs, KPIs, audits, and quarterly business reviews to drive performance and value creation.
Manage budgets, cost controls, forecasting, billing governance, and savings initiatives across facilities and cafeteria services
Support contract negotiations and ensure commercial, legal, and compliance adherence.
Employee Experience, Stakeholder & Team Leadership
Champion employee experience by translating feedback into measurable service improvements.
Act as a senior point of contact for HR, leadership teams, and key stakeholders on workplace and dining services.
Lead, mentor, and develop junior facilities/admin partners and operational teams.
Drive communication strategies, change management, and engagement initiatives related to workplace services.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA or relevant certification preferred).
7–10 years of progressive experience in facilities management, cafeteria/food services, or workplace operations, with leadership responsibility
Strong expertise in facilities operations, food safety regulations, EHS standards, vendor governance, and budget management.
Proven ability to manage large teams, complex vendor ecosystems, and high-visibility operations.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills
