We’re recruiting for a Senior Actuarial Analyst to join our Investment Reporting team.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Managing monthly reporting processes and ensuring smooth delivery across the team
    • Leading technical analysis, interrogating results and explaining key movements
    • Developing and maintaining models and processes using R, Alteryx and Excel
    • Driving continuous improvement by identifying and implementing efficiency enhancements
    • Communicating results and changes clearly to stakeholders through sign-off and governance processes
    • Planning and prioritising activities to meet deadlines and support future developments
    • Embedding robust risk and control practices and ensuring compliance with standards
    • Sharing knowledge and coaching newer team members to build capability

    Who we're looking for:

    • Part Qualified Actuary with a strong academic background (2:1 degree or higher)
    • Experience in IFRS and Solvency II reporting within life insurance or asset management
    • Strong financial modelling skills and familiarity with coding principles (R or similar)
    • Ability to analyse complex data and propose innovative solutions
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively
    • Proactive approach to process improvement and risk management
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
    • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team development
