Drive innovative customer acquisition strategies for global retail partners using the Ocado Smart Platform, enhancing their paid media performance and commercial growth.
About Us
We are Ocado Solutions, and we are revolutionising online grocery. We partner with the world's leading retailers, providing our innovative Ocado Smart Platform (OSP) – a powerful blend of automation and software – to elevate their e-commerce capabilities. Join us and be part of a team that's shaping the future of retail, working with global giants from Kroger to AEON.
About the Role
The Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager will be a part of the Partner Growth team and will be responsible for supporting our partners with improving their acquisition strategies, developing paid media strategies, and ensuring partners are fully utilising all OSP features that drive acquisition and new customer conversion.
You will consult with partners through both in-depth projects, and ongoing optimisation forums aimed at improving their commercial performance.
You will inspire partners and build strong relationships, share learnings, and leverage data to enable our partners to succeed.
This is an entrepreneurial role, and requires someone who is comfortable identifying new opportunities, and setting up new programs and services that deliver value to our partners.
The role sits within the wider partner success department, where we work closely with our international retail partners to help them operate the Ocado Smart Platform in the most effective way. The goal of partner success is to ensure our partners get maximum value out of our technology; we help partners solve strategic business challenges, share best practice, and enable them to drive their ecommerce business through data and subject matter expertise.
Partner growth is dedicated to supporting our partners to achieve strong commercial results through sharing data, insights, and best practice. We support partners with strategies around customer acquisition, retention, and onsite optimisation. We also help partners maximise the ecommerce functionality within OSP to help unlock more growth. The team will also provide consulting services to our partners.
