(Senior) Accounting Manager

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Be responsible for a broad range of accounting tasks from helping us to implement new products to shaping our group accounting policies and procedures 
• Own the design and development of our accounting policies and procedures in accordance with RechKredV, HGB and IFRS
• Be responsible for preparing the external financial reporting of the Group and for all our national and international entities
• Be the face of Accounting when working closely with stakeholders across the company and external auditors

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years professional experience in audit, accounting, financial services or similar roles at a top-tier firm
• Excellent technical accounting knowledge (HGB, IFRS) and experience with group reporting / consolidation
• Experience in the financial services / banking sector or a Fintech will be a plus
• Self starter with the drive to work in a fast-paced, ever changing, high-growth organisation
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex accounting topics succinctly
