What you’ll do

Manage General Ledger Accounts

Bank Reconciliation

Billing Process in NetSuite

Preparing and checking vendor payment (AP)

Supporting Audit in preparation, analysis, and documentation

Preparing data for company performance analysis

Supporting and maintain Internal Control (SOP’s: Finance Team and Other Departments)

Other reports request by management
What we seek
-
Willing to work in shifting (for Weekend or Public Holiday)

Good sense of ownership and can work with minimum supervision
-
Deadline-oriented and an ability to stick to time constraints
-
A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
-
Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
What you’ll need
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting.
-
A minimum of 5 years experience as Finance Accounting or similar role (experience from from Public Accounting Firm or the same industry is preferred)
-
Good understanding of PSAK, Income statement, Balance Sheet and Reporting Analysis

Understand basic Taxation such as WHT and VAT
-
Understand basic inventory management
-
Familiar with accounting software and systems (e.g Xero/Netsuite)

Good understanding of MS Office and Google Workspace

Fluent in English is a must
