Position overview 

We are seeking a motivated Senior Accounting Associate to join our team! You will be playing an integral part in Accounts Payable duties. If you like working in a fast-paced environment, making data-driven decisions and fostering alignment among key stakeholders – then this role is for you! 

What you ‘ll be doing 

• Handle accounts payable and month-end closing
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Prepare monthly journals, schedules and account reconciliations
• Ensure all accounting transactions are timely and accurately recorded
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required
• Handle leasing matters and tenancy administration duties, ensuring they are properly managed and recorded

Requirements

Who we’re looking for 

• Degree holder in accounting or a related field
• 1 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Familiar with computer skills especially Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, independent and good analytical skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the "Accounting Associate" position
