Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Accountant with 4–6 years of hands-on experience, preferably in a CA firm, to support our clients’ day-to-day accounting and compliance operations. This role is execution-heavy and ideal for someone who understands monthly GST/TDS cycles, reconciliations, and accurate bookkeeping. You will help ensure our clients’ books are clean, compliant, and ready for timely reporting.
Where You Can Create Impact:
- Maintain accurate daily bookkeeping across multiple client accounts.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and basic tax-related workings.
- Perform reconciliations: bank, vendor, customer, GSTR, inter-company, and other ledgers.
- Support monthly closing activities and assist in preparing MIS reports.
- Coordinate with clients for data collection, clarifications, and status updates.
- Ensure compliance timelines are met consistently across all assigned accounts.
- Identify data gaps, flag issues early, and help streamline monthly compliance processes.
Tools & Systems You’ll Work With
- Accounting Software: Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or equivalent
- Compliance Platforms: GST portal, TRACES, DSC tools
- Spreadsheets & Reporting: Excel/Google Sheets
- Internal workflow tools and client portals
Requirements for the Role
Must-have:
- 4–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in a CA firm.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, GST filings, and TDS compliances.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks or similar).
- Solid understanding of monthly compliance calendars and documentation norms.
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and follow-ups.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and work with tight monthly deadlines.
- High attention to detail and ownership of accuracy.
Good-to-have:
- Experience preparing MIS reports.
- Exposure to audit support and data collation.
- Basic understanding of income tax workings.
- Ability to adapt to new tools and digital accounting workflows quickly.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of accounting experience.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
