Run a disciplined month-end and year-end close, with clear deliverables and continuous improvement.
Prepare statutory financial statements and board-ready management reports with actionable analysis.
Establish and enforce accounting policies and internal controls, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Coordinate external and internal audits end-to-end, resolve findings, and maintain a strong control environment.
Coach and develop the finance function, raising standards, accountability, and execution quality.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3–5 years of accounting experience (bookkeeping, VAT, reporting).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar).
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
