Senior Accountant - Outsourced Accounting Team

As a Senior Accountant on our Outsourced Accounting team, you’ll deliver high-quality accounting services to a diverse client base. This role focuses on accurate financial reporting, client support, and teamwork. If you love solving problems, working collaboratively, and making an impact, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine accounting tasks for assigned clients, including:
  • Posting transactions and maintaining general ledgers
  • Preparing bank and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close and preparation of basic financial reports.
• Support client requests and communicate effectively to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and firm standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Master the firm’s software and promote our mission, REAL Values, and The CSH Way.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Experience:
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience (public accounting or outsourced services a plus).
  • CPA/CA license or working toward certification preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and client service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).
