As an Accounting professional, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and accounts payable for several German entities, ensuring all accounting processes are handled accurately and on time. You will actively support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as the generation of statistical reports. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal departments across the G+D Group and with external partners, ensuring all business transactions are recorded correctly. Your work will play a key role in maintaining transparent financial reporting and supporting effective corporate management.

Your tasks:

• Accounts Receivable – Manual preparation of recharges as well as posting of incoming payments, maintenance of customer accounts, and dunning process
• Accounts Payable – Preparation and execution of internal and external payment runs as well as maintenance of vendor accounts
• Preparation of controlling-related financial statements
• Collaboration in monthly reporting
• Preparation of monthly statistical reports and summaries
• Responsibility for maintaining employee time accounts

Requirements

Your profile:

• Completed degree and at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of Accounting
• Ideally, experience with international accounting standards (IFRS)
• Experience with an ERP-System; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• High willingness to learn, proactive hands-on mentality, and independent, structured way of working.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills; German skills desirable
