About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Senior Accountant to join a fast-growing real estate investment organization. This role plays a key part in supporting the company’s accounting and financial reporting functions, with a strong focus on accuracy, process improvement, and collaboration across teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations Support month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Partner with internal teams to support property-level and corporate accounting needs Coordinate with external auditors and assist with audit requests Maintain strong internal controls and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement Support special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CPA-track a plus) 4–6+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in real estate, private equity, or investment management Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Experience with general ledger systems and advanced Excel skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally Comfortable working in a fully onsite, collaborative office environment Why Join Us This is an opportunity to join a well-established and growing real estate investment platform where your work will have real visibility and impact.
