Senior Accountant

As an Account Manager, you will be the business representative who interacts with the customers on an ongoing basis to provide customer support and technical assistance. Your work focuses on being the point of contact between the clients and the company, which includes the sales team, technical teams, and other related departments, to ensure that we understand our customers and are able to serve customer’s needs with our products or services within the timeline. You will be in charge of building good and long term relationships with the customers in order to retain the customers and find new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and technical assistance to customers
• Manage projects to carry out customers goals while meeting company goals
• Coordinate with the sales team, technical team, and other related departments working on the same account to ensure consistent service
• Gather information and keep the customers updated regarding the work process and operation
• Make sure that our customers receive requested products or services in a timely fashion
• Develop and maintain long term relationships with customers
• Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing customers

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Account Manager or related roles
• Experience in IT or Data business industry is preferred
• Proven ability to retain and develop good relationships with customers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in problem-solving, organisational, and time management.
• A quick-learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
