The RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Accountant who can turn financial data into clear, compelling insights for our U.S.-based clients. This is a client-facing role that goes beyond traditional accounting. You'll help prepare reports, explain financial statements in plain English, and guide clients through the numbers. We need someone who understands accounting fundamentals, has a great eye for building clean, insightful presentations, and
speaks English fluently and confidently.
What You’ll Do
- Review and interpret financial statements and reports
- Create clear, well-designed financial presentations and dashboards
- Join client calls to walk through financial results and answer questions
- Organize monthly financials and coordinate basic accounting tasks
- Translate financial data into actionable insights for clients
- Communicate regularly with U.S.-based clients via Zoom and email
- Collaborate with internal and client-side teams on compliance or audit prep when needed
What We’re Looking For

Fluent English (C1–C2 level) — strong verbal communication is key
- Solid understanding of accounting terms and financial statements
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields
- Excellent presentation skills — both visual and verbal
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proactive, confident, and able to communicate with clients directly
- Skilled in Excel, Google Sheets, or basic reporting tools
- Experience creating reports, building financial decks, or presenting numbers
