We are seeking a technically strong and highly accountable Senior Accountant to own critical components of the monthly close and financial reporting process. This role reports to the Accounting Manager and plays a central role in maintaining accurate books, strengthening controls, and supporting a disciplined yet agile finance organization.

We'll trust you to:
Month-End Close & General Accounting
Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, allocations, revenue, intercompany, payroll, prepaids, fixed assets).
Perform balance sheet reconciliations with clear documentation and variance explanations.
Support delivery of a 5–7 business day close through disciplined execution and collaboration.
Maintain detailed support for working papers including revenue, payroll, prepaids, passthrough costs, leases, and capitalized development.
Revenue & Project Accounting
Support ASC 606 (and IFRS 15 where applicable) to professional services arrangements.
Maintain revenue documentation and support contract line-item data integrity within Intacct.
Reconcile invoicing activity between Ruddr, Intacct, and related systems.
Assist with billing processes and process enhancements.
Multi-Entity & International Support
Record and reconcile intercompany transactions.
Support consolidations and FX adjustments within Sage Intacct.
Assist with India and Canada entity reporting and coordination.
Help validate transfer pricing entries and related documentation.
Expense, Cash & Operational Accounting
Review and reconcile A/P and expense coding in Ramp and Intacct.
Support cash application and cash forecast inputs.
Assist with sales tax filings and state compliance support.
Prepare recurring schedules for debt, insurance, leases, and centralized charges.
Audit & Compliance Support
Prepare audit PBC schedules and provide supporting documentation.
Assist with tax schedules and information requests.
Ensure compliance with documented SOPs and internal controls.
Systems & Continuous Improvement
Act as a systems-oriented accountant, identifying opportunities to automate manual processes.
Help document and refine SOPs for recurring processes (close, revenue posting, prepaid amortization, etc.).
Support ongoing finance technology improvements across Sage Intacct, Planful, Ramp, and ADP.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred or actively pursuing.
4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting experience a plus).
Strong GAAP knowledge with demonstrated experience in ASC 606.
Experience in professional services, consulting, or multi-entity environments preferred.
Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct strongly preferred.
Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
High integrity and commitment to accountability and collaboration.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Beghou, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000 to $100,000.
