Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and properly valued inventory records by conducting regular cycle counts, physical counts, and audits to identify discrepancies and improve efficiency. Monitor inventory levels and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented when necessary.

  • Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting in line with tax, compliance, and company policy requirements.

  • Support financial closing processes under both US GAAP and local GAAP.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience with a solid understanding of internal control frameworks, audits, or industrial controlling, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and WW ERP systems.

  • Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle for travel to other sites within the Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, Rayong.

  • Strong team collaboration skills, with the ability to support colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute improvement ideas to achieve common objectives.

  • Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong analytical skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet strict deadlines, and adapt to flexible working hours when required.

  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
