Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager with a strong background in software solutions and enterprise account management. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer success through tailored software solutions.

Your contribution to the success of the team

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring the successful adoption and optimization of CRM & SFA solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue, client satisfaction, and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and best practices on CRM strategy, sales automation, and digital transformation.
  • Lead contract negotiations and drive new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, and Customer Success) to enhance client experience and solution adoption.
  • Provide insights on market trends and client feedback to improve our offerings.

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • 7+ years of experience in account management, CRM consulting, or sales automation solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of CRM platforms & Sales Force Automation (SFA).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive client success.
