What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve as a Strategic Partner: Act as the primary "trusted advisor" and champion for your assigned client portfolio, becoming their go-to expert for all recruitment and talent acquisition needs while ensuring inclusive hiring practices are promoted
  • Cultivate Exceptional Client Relationships: Proactively build and nurture strong, collaborative partnerships that drive mutual success and long-term value creation, ensuring sensitivity to diverse cultural contexts and business practices across Indonesia's varied regions
  • Maintain Active Client Engagement: Conduct regular client visits and touchpoints across diverse geographic locations and cultural contexts, ensuring relationships are strengthened while demonstrating commitment to staying closely connected to their evolving business needs
  • Deliver Market Intelligence: Research and analyze industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscapes, ensuring valuable insights help clients make informed hiring decisions, overcome recruitment challenges, and build diverse, inclusive teams
  • Expand Strategic Influence: Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds within client organizations, ensuring broader influence and deeper partnership opportunities

  • Professional fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, ensuring effective communication; additional regional languages are highly valued
