Senior Account Manager

TLDR

Manage a portfolio of large clients with a focus on satisfaction and retention, while driving optimizations and mentoring junior team members.

You Will:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients independently with focus on large clients
  • Support campaigns through the whole lifecycle
  • Ensure client satisfaction and high retention
  • Regular performance reporting to clients, persuasive QBR presentations for large clients
  • Ensure timely payments
  • Negotiate business terms and doing upsell
  • Push optimizations to meet client goals and internal goals
  • Internal reporting on campaigns and individual performance
  • Mentor for junior colleagues (new AMs and jAMs) in campaign management area
  • Drive company-wide or local projects in account management
  • Build expertise and being go-to person in some areas of knowledge

Desired Experience: 

  • Experience in account management, managing large clients
  • Experience in e-commerce and/or in retargeting
  • Persuasive communication, experience in negotiations and presentations
  • Some experience in developing others would be an asset
  • Strong problem solving skills, quantitative skills, very good command of Excel
  • Good track record, success cases in the previous role(s)
  • Strong and clear motivation, being able to self-motivate
  • Advanced English
