Nucleus Global is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our medical communications team, working primarily across Medical Affairs deliverables. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior MedComms professional. The ideal candidate brings confidence, commercial awareness, and a hands-on approach. They also enjoy being on site with clients and travelling as part of a varied role.

You'll take ownership of complex Medical Affairs programmes, acting as a senior client partner while leading our teams to deliver high-quality, strategically aligned work.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading the delivery of Medical Affairs programmes, including advisory boards, meetings, and KOL engagement initiatives
  • Owning KOL experience management, ensuring high-quality planning and execution
  • Overseeing face-to-face, hybrid, and virtual meetings end to end
  • Acting as a senior point of contact for clients, providing trusted advice and guidance
  • Working confidently with Veeva systems and Medical Affairs processes
  • Leading internal cross-functional teams and ensuring effective collaboration
  • Managing budgets, forecasting, and contributing to financial development and account growth
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a medical communications agency
  • Strong background in Medical Affairs, including advisory boards and meetings
  • Demonstrated experience in KOL management and Veeva
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in account development
  • A confident, credible communicator at senior client level
  • Willingness to work on site and travel as required
