As a Senior Account Manager at Sastrify, you are a lead architect of our customers' long-term success and a key driver of our commercial engine. This is a high-stakes opportunity to act as a primary commercial partner for some of the most innovative enterprise companies in the world. While traditional Account Manager roles focus on retention, Sastrify offers a steep learning curve at the intersection of Finance, IT, and high-level commercial strategy. You will gain deep exposure to complex SaaS ecosystems, refining C-level relationship skills and commercial expertise that few other positions can offer.

Your mission is impactful, strategic growth: leading the full account lifecycle for our most complex customers, identifying high-value revenue potential, and ensuring our partners realize the maximum value from the Sastrify ecosystem.

You’ll be working closely with Sven Lackinger, our CEO and Co-Founder.

What you’ll do as our Senior Account Manager (m/f/d)

  • Lead Strategic Enterprise Portfolios: Independently oversee our most complex and high-value accounts, developing sophisticated growth strategies tailored to their unique business goals.
  • Master Commercial Negotiations: Own and lead high-stakes contract renewals and expansions, navigating complex procurement and legal landscapes to maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • Strategic C-Level Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, CTOs, and VPs of Procurement, conducting high-impact Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) that demonstrate ROI and long-term value.
  • Scale the AM Playbook: Proactively identify opportunities to improve our internal processes and contribute to the evolution of our Account Management strategy.
  • Drive Advanced Product Adoption: Partner with customers to integrate Sastrify into their core business workflows, helping them navigate the transition to secure, AI-driven software management.
  • Strategic Product Influence: Act as a key stakeholder for our Product team, distilling complex customer needs into actionable insights that shape our future roadmap.
  • Monitor & Mitigate Risk: Use data-driven KPIs to proactively identify churn risks in high-value accounts, developing and executing turnaround plans with precision.

Requirements

  • You have a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, or a related field.
  • You bring 5-6+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success, with a proven track record in the B2B SaaS enterprise space.
  • You are a Closer: You have extensive experience managing the full commercial lifecycle and a history of consistently exceeding expansion and renewal targets.
  • You are a Strategic Thinker: You can navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments and are comfortable negotiating with C-level executives at global organizations.
  • You are a proactive professional who brings innovative ideas to the table and enjoys sharing best practices with the wider team.
  • You possess outstanding oral and written communication skills in both German and English.
  • This is a Remote position based anywhere in Germany.
