Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify new opportunities, and address any concerns.

  • Account Growth and Revenue Generation
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue.

  • Develop and implement account plans to drive growth and meet sales targets

  • Strategic Account Planning
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned with client goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and offerings to meet the unique needs of each client.

  • Forecasting and Reporting
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on account performance to senior management.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.

  • Issue Resolution and Client Support
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Ensure that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded at all times.

  • About you
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute account plans.

  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
