As the Senior Account Manager for Subway's NedNordic (NN) markets, you'll lead strategic initiatives to drive growth and brand visibility across the region in line with the lead agency direction. This role encompasses NN Subway creative content campaign management across print and digital platforms, senior stakeholder engagement, and budget oversight.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Growth in Subway NN Markets:

  • Collaborate with lead agency and develop strategic projects to drive growth and market share in Subway's NN markets.
  • Work closely with EMEA & NN team to localise campaigns and initiatives for maximum impact.

NN Creative Content Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns across NN markets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns on schedule and in accordance with brand standards.
  • Work with lead agency to understand and analyse campaign performance, key metrics, and how that can then be adopted to optimise strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Deliver the lead agency strategy, implementation, and optimisation of Subway's digital menu board program.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and VA to ensure timely delivery and installation of digital menu boards in Subway restaurants.
  • Monitor performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness of digital menu board content and functionality.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, copywriters, designers, and agencies to produce high-quality campaign assets that resonate with target audiences.
  • Work closely with Central Subway Account team to ensure alignment on creative, timings and budget for projects and campaigns.

Senior Stakeholder Management:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including EMEA and NN teams as well as internal relationships with Studio and Creative.
  • Present campaign proposals, creative concepts, and performance reports to senior leadership for approval and alignment.
  • Serve as the Creative primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback effectively.

Internal Creative Resource Management:

  • Manage internal creative/ artwork resource to produce assets that are on brief for the client.
  • Assign projects, set priorities, and provide guidance to creative teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of outputs.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity, teamwork, and professional development.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and forecast budgets for creative & digital projects and campaigns
  • Provide regular budget updates and forecasts to senior management and finance teams.

Requirements

  • Ability to speak the Dutch language fluently
  • Ability to collaborate with lead agencies to develop strategic growth initiatives.
  • Skilled in planning, executing, and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Capable of coordinating cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and uphold brand standards.
  • Proficient in analysing campaign performance and optimising strategies based on key metrics.
  • Experience delivering and managing digital menu board programmes.
  • Familiarity with monitoring performance metrics and user feedback for digital content improvement.
  • Experience aligning creative direction, timelines, and budgets with central account teams.
  • Proven track record in managing senior stakeholders and presenting campaign proposals and reports.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building with leadership and internal teams.
  • Experience managing internal creative and artwork resources to deliver client-ready assets.
  • Competence in developing and forecasting budgets for creative and digital projects.
  • Ability to provide regular budget updates to senior management and finance teams.
