About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager at Hevo, you’ll own revenue expansion across existing customers in APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. Your focus will be on upsells, cross-sells, renewals, and long-term account growth. You’ll act as a trusted advisor—deeply understanding customer goals and maximising the value they derive from Hevo.
Key Responsibilities
Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing accounts to increase ARR
Build and execute account expansion strategies aligned to customer business goals
Own renewals, retention, and churn risk mitigation
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to showcase ROI and uncover growth opportunities
Leverage customer data and usage insights to recommend relevant solutions
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to refine expansion plays
Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts, and account plans in CRM tools
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Expansion roles
Proven track record of upselling, cross-selling, and driving account growth (Must Have)
Experience in B2B SaaS or technology-driven sales environments
Strong value-based selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven mindset with comfort in forecasting and reporting
Hands-on experience with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
