Senior Account Manager - Central

Senior Account Managers are responsible for engaging customers and helping them get the value from their purchase as well as growth and expansion. A key focus will be to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts.

What You Will Do:

  • Expand Service Express’ footprint and uncover future potential by focusing on uncovering additional customer needs and educating clients on our service offerings.
  • Adhere and exhibit skills that embrace Service Express sales methodology by overcoming objections and pricing deals that are profitable to Service Express.
  • Set, hold, and execute meetings with existing customers to expand contacts and stakeholders with existing accounts.
  • Uncover customer needs and position Service Express offerings to solve challenges.
  • Develop and deliver customized proposals and Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) at regular intervals with key accounts.

What We Are Looking For From You:

  • 3 to 5 years of account management experience 
  • Software: Microsoft Office, CRM, Salesforce
  • Confidence and experience in presenting proposals and closing deals
  • Ability to creatively sell solutions at CIO, VP and IS Director level
  • Ability to penetrate and sign large major clients with consultative selling
  • Great attitude and self-motivated work ethic
  • Drive for continuous growth
