We are hiring an experienced Account Executive with a passion for building relationships. This account executive should be strategic and hands on, and be able to translate technical problems into simple and compelling solutions. They should be resourceful and a self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced environment. An ideal candidate is passionate about fully understanding a domain, and succeeds by providing expertise and value to your clients.

The annual US On-Target Earnings ("OTE") for this role is $250,000 - $350,000 plus equity. For sales roles, the range provided includes both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
