We’re hiring a remote Austin, TX based Senior Account Executive to sell a blended portfolio of Microsoft Services to Enterprise and State & Local Government (SLG) customers. This blended/hybrid sales role is designed for a seller who is comfortable navigating both complex enterprise sales motions and regulated public sector environments, and who enjoys shaping solutions rather than simply transacting deals.
You’ll help drive growth across a mixed territory, partnering closely with Microsoft field teams, Quisitive delivery leaders, and senior customer stakeholders. This is a high‑impact role for someone who wants ownership, visibility, and influence.
Lead the full sales lifecycle across Enterprise and SLG customers
• Build and execute strategic account and territory plans
• Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing relationships
• Engage executives as a trusted advisor
• Co‑sell with Microsoft field sellers
• Guide RFP responses, pricing, and proposals
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and deal execution with accountability
A senior Microsoft Services sales candidate with 5–10+ years selling technology solutions into Enterprise and/or SLG customers
• Demonstrated experience carrying and consistently selling against an annual quota of $8M+
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
• Strong understanding of complex buying cycles
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
• Growth‑minded with an owner mentality
Experience with a Microsoft Systems Integrator
• Existing Microsoft field relationships
• Familiarity with Azure, Security, Copilot, Fabric, and AI solutions
• Experience with SLG compliance frameworks
• Passion for improving outcomes through technology
