About the Role

Leadbox is seeking an experienced Senior Account Director (we call them Senior Dealer Success Manager at Leadbox) with a strong background in automotive retail, dealership websites, and digital advertising. You are a top performer who is viewed by your clients as a trusted strategic partner—not just a vendor. You bring confidence, curiosity, and leadership to every interaction, and your colleagues enjoy learning alongside you.  In this senior role, you will own the health, growth, and long-term success of a portfolio of dealership partners. You will blend strategy with execution, lead meaningful business conversations, and ensure our dealers are getting measurable value from their digital marketing and website investments.  This role includes quarterly in-person dealership visits to strengthen relationships, review performance, and identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Client Strategy & Relationship Management

  • Develop deep, trusted relationships with dealership owners, GMs, and senior leadership
  • Act as a strategic advisor to your dealer partners, helping them connect marketing performance to real business outcomes
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, including in-person quarterly dealership visits
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional products, services, and strategic initiatives
  • Encourage referrals by delivering consistently high-value, white-glove service

Digital Advertising Leadership

  • Own the strategic oversight of dealer digital advertising programs, including:
    • Search (Google Ads, OEM programs)
    • Programmatic and display advertising
    • Paid social (Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms)
    • Inventory-based and performance-driven ad products
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with dealer objectives, inventory levels, and market conditions
  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal advertising specialists to optimize results and maintain accountability



Website & Digital Presence Management

  • Oversee dealership website performance, UX, and merchandising strategy
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of:
    • Inventory feeds and merchandising rules
    • Promotions, OEM incentives, and compliance requirements
    • SEO fundamentals, content strategy, and conversion paths
  • Proactively identify website optimization opportunities that improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Advocate for best practices in modern automotive website design and performance



Internal Leadership & Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, Creative, Technical, and Onboarding teams
  • Coach and support Account Managers and junior team members
  • Maintain high operational standards and service levels across your portfolio

Basic Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising and account management
  • Direct experience working with automotive dealers and dealer groups
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics, and performance measurement
  • Proven ability to lead strategic conversations with senior dealership stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma (marketing, business, or sales an asset)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is an asset)
  • Highly proficient with modern business software and CRM tools
  • Experience working from a home office environment
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally for quarterly dealership visits
