Job Title: Senior Account Director – New Business (IT Solutions)
Location: South West (with regular travel to customer site)

This is a great opportunity for you to be an integral part of the ongoing growth of ARO and the IT Services division. We are seeking a New Business expert—someone who relishes the challenge of taking responsibility for expanding the reach of our Technology Services across both the Corporate and Private sectors.
The ideal individual will be able to clearly demonstrate their record of success, talent, and ambition, working alongside the sales leadership team to generate new business wins. This will include devising effective marketing strategies, creating clear and concise go-to-market plans, and building out a team wholly dedicated to achieving growth and success.

This position is essential for driving ARO’s new business growth through the delivery of high-quality IT solutions. As Senior Account Director – New Business, your focus will be exclusively on acquiring new clients across ARO’s full range of services, including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, hybrid cloud infrastructure, and next-generation networking.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping ARO’s growth strategy. Your key duties will involve engaging with senior stakeholders, developing go-to-market approaches, and delivering tailored IT solutions that align with the unique objectives of each client’s business.
For the right candidate, this post offers a clear pathway into sales leadership, with the opportunity to lead and develop ARO’s New Business Team into the future.
Please note that this is a Hybrid role with regular travel. You must be able to commute to the office and have your own transport.
