Job Title: Account Manager /Brand Manager

SUMMARY:
To build strong, lasting client/agency relationships based on achieving clients’ marketing objectives with efficiency that results in profit to the agency.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
(but are not limited to)

Supervises the development of the advertising program in accordance with clients’ objectives and budget limitations. Plan and execute advertising activities for clients.

Consults with the media and creative departments in the development of the agency’s recommendation for the advertising mix and the creative approach.

Works together with the business director and creative team to be certain of the client objectives and then to develop strategic solutions mainly but not limited to creative deliverables.

Reviews creative and other outputs to ensure that it reflects the strategy and objectives prior to presentation to the client.

Oversees the scheduling and flow of work.

Oversees transmission of billing to the client after checking for accuracy and reviewing against estimate. Attends to enquiries or disputes regarding billing and payment, when necessary.

Promotes, when appropriate, other services available in the Mediabrands including social and media max.

Maintains contact with appropriate client personnel to ensure continuing agency awareness of clients’ desires, interests, and understanding of agency work.

Stays alert for opportunities to increase client activity and billing, as well as obtaining new business from existing clients.

Participates in new business activities as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum diploma in Mass communication or any related field.

Good Communication and presentation skills.

Minimum 6 years’ experience in agency on similar role.

A self-starter and a team player with the ability to multitask.

Able to work within timelines.
-
Confident and able to handle demanding situations professionally
