Job Purpose:
As a Senior Vehicle Artist, you will play a key role in creating stunning visuals for our projects. You will work closely with our talented artists and collaborate with other departments to create impressive realistic vehicles and elevate the player's gaming experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create vehicle models using photo references or CAD.
- Create high-poly models for texture baking and create PBR materials.
- Create UV in accordance with the technical requirements.
- Optimize vehicle models for performance while maintaining high-quality visuals.
- Assist your Supervisor and mentor other artists in the team when required.
- Report to Vehicle Supervisor as requirement.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the game industry.
- Ability to create car models following photo references, CAD and, technical guidelines.
- Strong knowledge in 3D game development pipelines and processes for mobile game.
- Excellent skills in low-poly and high-poly vehicle creation for gaming industry.
- Excellent skills in modeling, UV unwrapping and hard-surface
- Excellent optimization skills for real-time mobile game.
- Excellent skills in texture baking and good understanding of PBR shader.
- Excellent skills in 3dsmax, Maya, Photoshop, Substance Painter and Unity / Unreal.
- High-poly sculpting in Zbrush is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing outstanding vehicle models.
- Good teamwork skills.
- Passion for gaming (especially cars).
