Professional Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of four years of hands-on experience in managing paid search campaigns. This would involve a strong understanding of PPC platforms like Google and Bing Ads as well as a proven ability to optimise campaigns and drive results.
  • Strong Excel skills are crucial for managing, analysing, and presenting campaign data. This includes the ability to work with large datasets, create pivot tables, perform analysis, and draw actionable insights from performance metrics.
  • Experience in managing accounts of varying size and complexity, ensuring campaigns are optimised for larger audiences and higher budgets.
  • The ability to analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, CTR, CPC, and overall ROI. Understanding how digital traffic translates to meaningful outcomes (e.g., conversions or revenue) is critical to optimizing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, or similar platforms that allow you to audit, analyse, and refine paid search strategies. This includes using tools to track performance, uncover insights, and make data-driven adjustments.
