As a Seller Operations Professional, you will own the end-to-end operational relationship with our partners, ensuring every order reaches the customer on time. You will bridge the gap between sellers and internal units to streamline product procurement and lead on-site training to elevate service standards. By monitoring "On Time In Full" (OTIF) metrics and spearheading quality improvement projects, you will play a critical role in scaling our operational excellence and establishing robust processes as we expand into new markets.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sellers to assure orders arrive to customer within the deadline.
Coordinate with sellers and other units for product procurement.
Communicate well with sellers and coordinate all operational processes.
Visiting and training seller's site operations.
Prepare operational quality metrics reports ( "on time in full" order management).
Follow up seller operation quality improvement points & leading projects.
Coordinate and create operational processes for new countries.
Expected Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities.
At least 3 years of experience, supplier management.
Good command of MS Office, (especially excel knowledge).
Good team player with strong communication skills.
Critical thinker, Data-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
