We’re looking for a Seller Onboarding Specialist to support our customers with seller onboarding to our platform.



About the Role

You’ll manage end-to-end seller onboarding — guiding sellers through setup and configuration, product and data ingestion, ensuring listing quality to each brand’s specifications, and keeping onboarding workflows moving efficiently from kickoff through to go-live.

This role sits at the intersection of marketplace operations, eCommerce, and seller onboarding, and suits someone who enjoys managing structured workflows, solving operational challenges, and driving sellers successfully through to launch. 



What You’ll Do

  • Deliver end-to-end seller onboarding and activation

  • Seller enablement, workshops and communication

  • Support sellers with platform setup and catalogue onboarding

  • Manage onboarding workflows and tasks within SLA

  • Maintain product data accuracy and marketplace compliance

  • Act as the primary operational contact during onboarding, working alongside Customer Success

  • Identify risks or delays and drive resolution, troubleshooting

About You

  • Experience in marketplace, eCommerce, SaaS operations, or onboarding roles

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail (attention to detail is critical!)

  • Confident working with spreadsheets, CSV uploads, and workflow tools

  • Clear communicator who keeps stakeholders aligned

  • Proactive and accountable in managing multiple workstreams
