We’re looking for a high-impact Founding Engineer to:
Design and implement robust, frontend systems to support trading of $100M+.
Architect frontend foundations and develop core UI/UX components using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Define UX/UI patterns and collaborate with product and design teams to create seamless user experiences.
Build new features, integrations, and interfaces while maintaining scalability and performance.
Contribute to technical decisions, product strategy, and team culture in a high-ownership, low-bureaucracy environment
What you'll need:
5+ years of experience as a software engineer, with strong CS fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and systems design.
Deep expertise in frontend technologies, including React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Ability to write clean, scalable, and well-tested code with a strong testing discipline.
Experience building the fronted of applications or platforms from scratch.
Comfort working in ambiguity and solving complex technical challenges.
Familiarity with backend technologies like Go, Python, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
