What You’ll Be Doing


🔹 Hunt threats, fix vulnerabilities, and make security breaches deeply inconvenient for attackers.
🔹 Deliver security assessments and proactive improvements across client environments.
🔹 Take on escalations from our Support Team — calmly, methodically, with a touch of curiosity.
🔹 Jump in when incidents happen: gather evidence, analyse causes, and help stop repeats.
🔹 Tune and support platforms like ThreatLocker, SentinelOne, Huntress, Avanan, and Cisco Umbrella.
🔹 Spot what’s not working and suggest ways to make it simpler, faster, or safer.

Requirements

🔹 Experience with security frameworks like Essential 8, NIST CSF

🔹 Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Security Suite (Defender, Purview, Entra ID Protection).

🔹 Knowledge of Azure Security (Sentinel, Defender for Cloud, PIM/PAM).

🔹 Interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills so sharp you can explain risk to anyone—no jargon, no panic

🔹 A pragmatic approach to risk—you don’t just identify problems, you help fix them

🔹 Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

🔹 Collaborative, curious, and calm under pressure.

🔹 A professional approach with a genuine interest in helping people stay secure.

🔹 MSP or MSSP experience? That’s pure gold. If you’ve got it, flaunt it
