Security Surveillance Monitor

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and vigilant individual to join our team as a Security Surveillance Monitor. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Surveillance Cameras: Continuously monitor multiple surveillance cameras to identify and respond to potential security threats, suspicious activity, or incidents.
• Customer Check-in and Check-out: Observe customer behavior during the check-in and check-out process to deter theft and fraud.
• Incident Reporting: Document and report any incidents, suspicious activity, or security breaches to appropriate personnel.
• Alert Response: Respond promptly to alarms, alerts, or emergency situations as needed.
• Maintain Security Logs: Keep accurate and detailed logs of all activities, incidents, and observations.
• Collaborate with Security Team: Work closely with the security team to maintain a secure environment and coordinate security efforts.
