A newly hired Protector in San Antonio will earn no less than $64,000 in their first year with GDBA. San Antonio-based Protectors could earn up to $85,000 in first year earnings when accounting for prior relevant experience, GDBA Training Academy performance, and promotion opportunities.
This is a full-time position with benefits, including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401(k).
Who You Are:
The ideal candidate for the position should have at least 4 years of hands-on experience working in a field medical / trauma environment. GDBA's preferred candidate has experience as/or equivalent to either an EMT / Paramedic or Combat Medic / Corpsman. This role prioritizes responders who have provided direct patient care in the field, whether through civilian EMS or military medical service, over those whose experience is primarily classroom-based.
