SHIFT PATTERN: 4 on 4 off 12hr shifts

ABM is looking for a colleague to support our team in our flagship building in Glasgow City Centre. You will be responsible for ensuring safety of the public and property, while providing best customer service possible. You will be involved in patrolling premises on foot and via CCTV, responding to alarms and issues, assisting subcontractors and visitors, provide customer service to the public and act as a deterrent for any antisocial behaviour. You will be expected to be proactive and responsive to any issues, while adhering to health and safety and other guidelines. You will be required to supply 5 years work and employment history for vetting purposes.
You are an ambassador for our Company, you will actively promote recognition for the team and the wider business through your exemplary behaviour.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Site patrols and checks
- Writing reports, logs and updating diaries
- Customer service and monitoring and addressing anti social behaviour
- Fire panel response
- Take ownership of all ongoings on site while on shift
Person Specification:
You must be hardworking, proactive and good communicator, and have a good grasp of Health and Safety and security awareness. Must have great work ethic and professional attitude, Need to be able to use initiative and have a problem solving attitude.
