Your mission
Build and lead a comprehensive security function covering physical, corporate, information, and personnel security. Establish unified standards, ensure effective risk management, and develop a scalable security system aligned with international practices.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the end-to-end security function (physical, corporate, information, personnel).
- Conduct security risk assessments and develop the company risk map.
- Design and implement security policies, procedures, and access control systems.
- Establish and oversee incident response and crisis management processes.
- Ensure protection of critical assets, data, and confidential information.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and conduct due diligence.
- Build, manage, and develop the security team, including budgeting and KPIs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (IT, HR, leadership) on security and investigations.
- Provide regular reporting on risks, incidents, and security performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in corporate or industrial security.
- Proven experience in building or transforming security functions.
- Team management experience.
- Strong understanding of physical and information security principles.
- Experience in risk management and incident response.
- Experience working in regulated environments.
- Experience interacting with government or regulatory authorities.
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
- Willingness to relocate to Kyiv in case Kyiv is not the homebase.
