Your mission

Build and lead a comprehensive security function covering physical, corporate, information, and personnel security. Establish unified standards, ensure effective risk management, and develop a scalable security system aligned with international practices.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the end-to-end security function (physical, corporate, information, personnel).
  • Conduct security risk assessments and develop the company risk map.
  • Design and implement security policies, procedures, and access control systems.
  • Establish and oversee incident response and crisis management processes.
  • Ensure protection of critical assets, data, and confidential information.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and conduct due diligence.
  • Build, manage, and develop the security team, including budgeting and KPIs.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (IT, HR, leadership) on security and investigations.
  • Provide regular reporting on risks, incidents, and security performance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate or industrial security.
  • Proven experience in building or transforming security functions.
  • Team management experience.
  • Strong understanding of physical and information security principles.
  • Experience in risk management and incident response.
  • Experience working in regulated environments.
  • Experience interacting with government or regulatory authorities.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
  • Willingness to relocate to Kyiv in case Kyiv is not the homebase.
