Location

While our company operates exclusively on a remote basis, you must reside and have the legal right to work in one of the following countries: the United Kingdom, Latvia, or Spain.

This is a full-time, remote position. Please note that we do not engage on a B2B or contractor basis.

About

As our Security Manager, you will be the architect of our digital workspace and the guardian of our data. We don’t just want someone to manage "tickets" - we want a visionary who views Security through the lens of AI-driven efficiency. In this role, you will build a secure, frictionless environment for our distributed team, ensuring that our security posture scales as fast as our customer base.

You Will

• Security Architecture: Design and oversee our security roadmap, focusing on Zero Trust architecture, identity management (IdP), and endpoint security across a global fleet.
• Compliance & Trust: Lead our efforts in maintaining SOC2, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance, leveraging automation to make audit readiness a "continuous" state rather than a yearly project.
• AI Security Governance: Establish policies and guardrails for the safe use of LLMs and AI tools within the company, ensuring our data remains private and secure.
• Incident Response: Build and lead our incident response plan, ensuring a remote-first culture is prepared for any eventuality.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing security team.
• Strategic Partnership: Work in close partnership with our Engineering, Platform and IT teams

You Must Have

• AI-Native Mindset: You have hands-on experience implementing AI-driven security platforms (e.g., Copilots for code security, AI agents for log monitoring) and establishing governance for internal AI productivity tools.
• Cloud Native Expertise: Deep understanding of security in cloud environments such as AWS and GCP. 
• MDM & Identity: Experience of implementing security controls with tools like Kandji, Okta, Google Workspace. 
• B2B SaaS Background: You’ve been through a scale-up phase before. You know how to balance "moving fast" with "staying secure."
• Strategic Communication: You can translate complex security risks into business terms for the executive team and digestible tips for employees.
• Remote Work DNA: A strong understanding of the unique challenges of securing a distributed workforce.

It’s a Plus if You Have

• Certifications: Industry-standard certs like CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
• High-Stakes Compliance: Experience in Fintech, iGaming, or Healthtech where security is mission-critical.
