About the Role

We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic Cloud Security Engineer who not only grasps security principles but is also ready to code, build automations, and tackle application security vulnerabilities head-on! This is an exciting hands-on role for someone who is passionate about securing cloud environments while utilizing their development skills to create scalable, automated solutions that make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

Design and implement cloud security controls across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments with creativity and innovation.
Develop automation scripts and tools that will streamline security operations and enhance compliance—your work will truly make a difference!
Conduct application security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and collaborate with engineering teams to remediate issues effectively.
Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows, ensuring that security is a key component of our development processes.
Monitor and respond to security incidents with agility, ensuring rapid detection and resolution of any issues.
Write Automations that will revolutionize our security approach!

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) that you can bring to the table.
Proficiency in coding (Python, Go, or similar) and building automation workflows that showcase your technical prowess.
Solid understanding of AppSec principles, OWASP Top 10, and secure coding practices that will help us stay ahead of the curve.
Familiarity with security tools (e.g., Terraform, Kubernetes security, vulnerability scanners) that will enhance our security posture.
Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps methodologies that will drive our security initiatives forward.
Bonus: Knowledge of container security and infrastructure to take our security efforts to the next level!
