We are looking for you as a Service/Security Delivery Manager for Northwave Deutschland GmbH. You enjoy maximum flexibility in choosing your place of work within Germany. We have offices in Leipzig and Utrecht (NL) and work remotely with many colleagues.

Your Mission

As a Service/Security Delivery Manager, also known internally as Security Operations Manager, you monitor the quality of SOC services at the customer and ensure that the monitoring aligns with the IT security risks and threats you identify at the customers. You represent Northwave to the customer, and within Northwave, you represent the customer. The SOC monitors our customers' networks and systems around the clock to ensure they are and remain secure.

As a Service/Security Delivery Manager, you oversee multiple customers and ensure that our SOC monitoring is delivered at the desired quality. You have an overview of the role monitoring plays in the security landscape, keep your finger on the pulse in SOC operations and with the customer, and signal when a change in service is required (e.g., due to an IT change). Additionally, you provide the customer with monthly reports on the service and hold regular discussions to optimize our services.

In addition, you are involved in new sales opportunities and support implementation and change projects within the SOC carried out at your customers or contributing to improving service quality.

With your solid IT knowledge and passion for cybersecurity, you are a trusted contact for all levels within the customer organization - from system administrators to C-level. You always manage to adapt your communication purposefully and effectively to the respective target group.

Contract

First things first: You will receive a permanent employment contract with 30 days of vacation per year. You can schedule your working hours in consultation with your colleagues and customers.

Requirements

The most important thing for us is that you fit into the team and are eager to shape and advance Northwave. Of course, we also have some professional requirements for this position.

Educational Background

You have a relevant degree in IT or IT management and ideally additional qualifications in Cyber Security (CISSP, CISM)?

Knowledge and Experience

Do you have relevant knowledge in IT management e.g., as a project manager, service delivery manager, or similar? Do you have good knowledge of IT security and IT infrastructures?

Other Strengths

Are you independent, well-structured, and possess strong communication skills? Do you speak fluent German and good English?
