Job Title: Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst
Job Summary
The Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst will support the identification, analysis, and dissemination of cyber threat intelligence to proactively reduce organizational risk. This role focuses on monitoring emerging threats, analyzing indicators of compromise (IOCs), supporting incident response, and producing actionable intelligence to enhance security operations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze cyber threats using open-source, commercial, and internal intelligence sources
Identify, validate, and contextualize IOCs, TTPs, and threat actor activity
Support Incident Response and SOC teams with timely and actionable threat intelligence
Track threat actors, campaigns, and vulnerabilities relevant to the organization
Contribute to threat intelligence reports, advisories, and briefings
Assist in tuning detections and controls based on threat intelligence findings
Maintain awareness of emerging attack techniques and trends (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK)
Participate in threat hunting and proactive risk identification activities
Document findings clearly and accurately
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence, SOC, Incident Response, or Security Operations
Strong understanding of:
Common cyber threats (phishing, malware, ransomware, BEC, credential theft)
Attack lifecycle and adversary techniques
