The Security & Administrative Operations Specialist supports the Head of Security by coordinating store stocktakes/inventories, overseeing the monitoring and follow-up of security equipment and systems, and ensuring the smooth administrative operation of the Security team.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Stocktakes / Inventories

• Participate in the planning and coordination of store stocktakes/inventory counts.
• Track and monitor stocktake plans (by region / store / time period).
• Review and validate results and variances/deviations when required.

B. Security Operations Support

• Provide support on security issues arising from stores.
• Contribute to the coordination of day-to-day Security operational matters.

C. Equipment / Systems Monitoring

• Monitor proper operation of security equipment (CCTV, alarms, access control, etc.).
• Record equipment needs, shortages, and replacement requirements.
• Track and follow up on store requests related to security equipment.

D. Security Checklist & Compliance

• Create, maintain, and update Security Checklists for:
• new store openings
• remodelings/refurbishments
• periodic store audits/inspections
• Monitor checklist completion and communicate gaps and corrective actions.

• Strong organizational and planning skills
• High attention to detail and process discipline
• Analytical mindset, reporting capability, and data literacy
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Accountability / ownership mindset
