The Role

We’re hiring a Product Manager to join our Blockchain team, building the infrastructure that powers tokenized assets and on-chain financial products.

This isn’t a “customer journey + wireframes” PM role. This is a technical product role where you’ll live close to engineering, spend time thinking about smart contract behavior and protocol integrations, and help drive real on-chain execution.

We care about technical depth, ownership, curiosity, and speed.

If you can talk comfortably about token standards, signing flows, DeFi primitives, and contract-level tradeoffs — and you want to ship meaningful blockchain infrastructure — this is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive blockchain initiatives from concept to production, partnering closely with engineering to ship.

  • Write product specs that engineers actually respect (contracts, APIs, flows, edge cases).

  • Work directly with blockchain engineers on smart contract architecture, upgrades, and integrations.

  • Lead integrations with DeFi protocols, chains, L2 ecosystems, bridges, custody providers, and infrastructure partners.

  • Join external calls and act as the technical product voice: align on requirements, constraints, timelines, and integration paths.

  • Think through token lifecycle and mechanics: issuance, transfer restrictions, compliance logic, distribution, custody, settlement.

  • Identify product opportunities in the crypto ecosystem and turn them into roadmap items.

  • Help define how tokenized assets should behave on-chain and how they connect to DeFi composability safely.

What We’re Looking For

  • You’re technical and can reason about systems like an engineer.

  • You understand how smart contracts work (and ideally can read Solidity).

  • You’re fluent in crypto concepts:

    • ERC-20 / ERC-721 / ERC-1155

    • wallet flows, signing, custody models

    • gas, transaction lifecycle, confirmations, re-org edge cases

    • on-chain permissions and access control patterns

  • You understand DeFi mechanics (at least conceptually):

    • AMMs, lending markets, vaults, staking, governance

    • composability and integration risk

  • You communicate clearly, quickly, and confidently — written and verbal.

  • You can lead calls with protocol teams and not get lost.

  • You have strong ownership instincts: you see a gap and you close it.

What This Role Is NOT

  • Not a UI/UX-heavy PM role.

  • Not a “project manager” role.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Shipped a crypto product.

  • Experience with L2s like Arbitrum / Optimism / Base / Polygon.

  • Familiarity with upgradeable contract patterns, audits, and security reviews.

  • Exposure to tokenization / RWAs / compliance-driven smart contracts.

  • Solidity experience (even side projects count).
