We are looking for a Secretary who will provide administrative and clerical support for daily operations, with a focus on managing HCBS-related documentation and workflows within the eVero platform. This role is ideal for someone with a background in health or human services administration who is comfortable with compliance, scheduling, and client record maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain electronic and physical records for HCBS participants using eVero
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, service plans, and staff documentation
- Monitor deadlines for assessments, plan renewals, and other compliance tasks
- Assist with preparing reports and documentation for audits or state reviews
- Communicate with care coordinators, staff, and family members as needed
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage general administrative inquiries
- Support billing and timesheet verification through eVero as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and other privacy regulations
Requirements
- Experience in administrative or secretarial experience, preferably in a healthcare or human services setting
- Working knowledge of HCBS programs and eVero software is required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity
