Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field preferred
• Basic understanding of federal and state tax laws
• Prior internship or experience in tax preparation a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with tax preparation software
