
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Seasonal Stock Crew Member
Department: Merchandising
Reports To: T-Mobile Park Team Store Manager
Status: Seasonal, Non-Exempt
Primary Objective: Contribute to revenue and sales goals by processing daily shipments from the warehouse to the sales floor in an efficient and timely manner.
Essential Functions:

Process freight shipments in an efficient and timely manner.

Assist warehouse drivers in unloading shipments for store and ballpark locations.

Stock the sales floor from back stock and shipments.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Actively organize, size, and straighten the warehouse and sales floor.
- Adhere to the Mariners Selling System with all guest interactions.
- Approach all guests with a friendly and helpful demeanor; assist them with merchandise and make merchandise recommendations when asked.
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of current merchandise and promotions in all categories along with general ballpark knowledge.
- Use provided tools such as a ladder or merchandise grabber to access out-of-reach items for guests.
- Use provided tools such as step stools and portable display racks to set up and display or arrange merchandise for sales promotions as assigned.

Complete all tasks and assigned duties in a timely manner. Is careful, alert and accurate, paying attention to details of the job.

Must be dependable and reliable to report to work on-time when scheduled and work in assigned area independently.

Attend all mandatory Team Member meetings and training sessions.
- Will perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required. Equivalent, relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education if approved by management.

Previous merchandising and stock handling experience preferred

Physical Activities and Working Conditions:

Must be able to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able to work at least 50% of 81 Mariners home games during the regular season, as well as other non-game days.

Must be able to move 50 lbs frequently.
- Frequent to constant walking and standing on concrete or carpeted floor.
- Must be able to perform the following physical tasks: bend, squat, kneel, twist, climb a ladder and flights of stairs.

Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. (Computer, keyboard, mouse and telephone, performing clerical functions)
- Must be able to access assigned locations in T-Mobile Park including navigating concrete stairwells, ramps and concourses.
- Able to safely move boxes, equipment, or other items. May include lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and using equipment such as hand carts.
