Responsibilities:

• 最大手クライアントに対する、主にビジネスやユースケースを軸としたコンサルティング提案。
• プロジェクトをリードし、社内およびクライアント側の利害関係者を巻き込み、クライアントのROI最大化を計画
• トレジャーデータの機能を顧客に提案し、営業（Account Executive）と共に、導入に向けた合意を形成
• 顧客側のビジネス課題のヒアリング、理解、解決策の提案
• 顧客との良好な関係構築と信頼獲得
• 顧客システムとビジネス課題・目標を考慮したビジネスユースケースの策定
• チームメンバーのコーチングとサポート

Requirements:

• ソリューションコンサルタントまたは類似の役割における豊富な経験
• CDPまたはマーケティング関連ソリューション製品に関する深い知識
• 優れたプレゼンテーションスキルとコミュニケーション能力
• 顧客の反論に対応し、解決策に焦点を当てた議論をリードする能力
• ワークショップの実施と技術的な成果戦略の立案・実行経験
• 優れた問題解決能力と分析力
• 自己啓発意欲が強く、継続的な学習と改善に意欲的な姿勢
• 関連分野の学士号または同等の経験

Physical Requirements:

• 週5回東京オフィスへの出社
